Citizens Hearing On Disclosure 29th April - 3rd May 2013

Citizen Hearing On Disclosure

April 29 To May 3, 2013 – Washington, DC

"If the Congress won't do it's job, the people will."

An event with historical implications will be held at the National Press Club in Washington, DC from April 29 to May 3, 2013. At that time as many as forty researchers and military/agency witnesses will testify for thirty hours over five days before former members of the United States Congress.

Note: the full Citizen Hearing will be Webcast live on the Internet. Subscribe here.

The Citizen Hearing on Disclosure of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race will attempt to accomplish what the Congress has failed to do for forty-five years - seek out the facts surrounding the most important issue of this or any other time.

For this reason the motto for the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure is "If the Congress won't do its job, the people will."

The Citizen Hearing on Disclosure will bring 40+ researchers and government/agency witnesses to Washington, DC to testify before former members of the U. S. Congress on events and evidence supporting the truth of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race and a government policy to embargo that truth.

New York Times Reports that 14 out of 22 Terror plots were hatched by the FBI!!

What!!!?? A mainstream news outlet based in New York reporting that terrorist plots are being hatched by the FBI! If this isn't a sign that truth is indeed coming to light, I don't know what is!

Terrorist Plots, Hatched by the F.B.I.

THE United States has been narrowly saved from lethal terrorist plots in recent years — or so it has seemed. A would-be suicide bomber was intercepted on his way to the Capitol; a scheme to bomb synagogues and shoot Stinger missiles at military aircraft was developed by men in Newburgh, N.Y.; and a fanciful idea to fly explosive-laden model planes into the Pentagon and the Capitol was hatched in Massachusetts.

But all these dramas were facilitated by the F.B.I., whose undercover agents and informers posed as terrorists offering a dummy missile, fake C-4 explosives, a disarmed suicide vest and rudimentary training. Suspects naïvely played their parts until they were arrested.

When an Oregon college student, Mohamed Osman Mohamud, thought of using a car bomb to attack a festive Christmas-tree lighting ceremony in Portland, the F.B.I. provided a van loaded with six 55-gallon drums of “inert material,” harmless blasting caps, a detonator cord and a gallon of diesel fuel to make the van smell flammable. An undercover F.B.I. agent even did the driving, with Mr. Mohamud in the passenger seat. To trigger the bomb the student punched a number into a cellphone and got no boom, only a bust.

This is legal, but is it legitimate? Without the F.B.I., would the culprits commit violence on their own? Is cultivating potential terrorists the best use of the manpower designed to find the real ones? Judging by their official answers, the F.B.I. and the Justice Department are sure of themselves — too sure, perhaps.

Carefully orchestrated sting operations usually hold up in court. Defendants invariably claim entrapment and almost always lose, because the law requires that they show no predisposition to commit the crime, even when induced by government agents. To underscore their predisposition, many suspects are “warned about the seriousness of their plots and given opportunities to back out,” said Dean Boyd, a Justice Department spokesman. But not always, recorded conversations show. Sometimes they are coaxed to continue.

Everything Is Rigged: The Biggest Price-Fixing Scandal Ever

This article appeared in the May 9th  issue of 'Rolling Stone' magazine. It is yet another hugely significant article in a mainstream publication, and yet more proof that people are truly waking up all over the world. There was a time when a story like this would not have made it out. The times are changing. Good things are coming.

The Illuminati were amateurs. The second huge financial scandal of the year reveals the real international conspiracy: There's no price the big banks can't fix.

Conspiracy theorists of the world, believers in the hidden hands of the Rothschilds and the Masons and the Illuminati, we skeptics owe you an apology. You were right. The players may be a little different, but your basic premise is correct: The world is a rigged game. We found this out in recent months, when a series of related corruption stories spilled out of the financial sector, suggesting the world's largest banks may be fixing the prices of, well, just about everything.

You may have heard of the Libor scandal, in which at least three – and perhaps as many as 16 – of the name-brand too-big-to-fail banks have been manipulating global interest rates, in the process messing around with the prices of upward of $500 trillion (that's trillion, with a "t") worth of financial instruments. When that sprawling con burst into public view last year, it was easily the biggest financial scandal in history – MIT professor Andrew Lo even said it "dwarfs by orders of magnitude any financial scam in the history of markets."

That was bad enough, but now Libor may have a twin brother. Word has leaked out that the London-based firm ICAP, the world's largest broker of interest-rate swaps, is being investigated by American authorities for behavior that sounds eerily reminiscent of the Libor mess. Regulators are looking into whether or not a small group of brokers at ICAP may have worked with up to 15 of the world's largest banks to manipulate ISDAfix, a benchmark number used around the world to calculate the prices of interest-rate swaps.

Interest-rate swaps are a tool used by big cities, major corporations and sovereign governments to manage their debt, and the scale of their use is almost unimaginably massive. It's about a $379 trillion market, meaning that any manipulation would affect a pile of assets about 100 times the size of the United States federal budget.

It should surprise no one that among the players implicated in this scheme to fix the prices of interest-rate swaps are the same megabanks – including Barclays, UBS, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and the Royal Bank of Scotland – that serve on the Libor panel that sets global interest rates. In fact, in recent years many of these banks have already paid multimillion-dollar settlements for anti-competitive manipulation of one form or another (in addition to Libor, some were caught up in an anti-competitive scheme, detailed in Rolling Stone last year, to rig municipal-debt service auctions). Though the jumble of financial acronyms sounds like gibberish to the layperson, the fact that there may now be price-fixing scandals involving both Libor and ISDAfix suggests a single, giant mushrooming conspiracy of collusion and price-fixing hovering under the ostensibly competitive veneer of Wall Street culture.

The Scam Wall Street Learned From the Mafia

Why? Because Libor already affects the prices of interest-rate swaps, making this a manipulation-on-manipulation situation. If the allegations prove to be right, that will mean that swap customers have been paying for two different layers of price-fixing corruption. If you can imagine paying 20 bucks for a crappy PB&J because some evil cabal of agribusiness companies colluded to fix the prices of both peanuts and peanut butter, you come close to grasping the lunacy of financial markets where both interest rates and interest-rate swaps are being manipulated at the same time, often by the same banks.

"It's a double conspiracy," says an amazed Michael Greenberger, a former director of the trading and markets division at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and now a professor at the University of Maryland. "It's the height of criminality."

The bad news didn't stop with swaps and interest rates. In March, it also came out that two regulators – the CFTC here in the U.S. and the Madrid-based International Organization of Securities Commissions – were spurred by the Libor revelations to investigate the possibility of collusive manipulation of gold and silver prices. "Given the clubby manipulation efforts we saw in Libor benchmarks, I assume other benchmarks – many other benchmarks – are legit areas of inquiry," CFTC Commissioner Bart Chilton said.

But the biggest shock came out of a federal courtroom at the end of March – though if you follow these matters closely, it may not have been so shocking at all – when a landmark class-action civil lawsuit against the banks for Libor-related offenses was dismissed. In that case, a federal judge accepted the banker-defendants' incredible argument: If cities and towns and other investors lost money because of Libor manipulation, that was their own fault for ever thinking the banks were competing in the first place.
"A farce," was one antitrust lawyer's response to the eyebrow-raising dismissal.

"Incredible," says Sylvia Sokol, an attorney for Constantine Cannon, a firm that specializes in antitrust cases.
All of these stories collectively pointed to the same thing: These banks, which already possess enormous power just by virtue of their financial holdings – in the United States, the top six banks, many of them the same names you see on the Libor and ISDAfix panels, own assets equivalent to 60 percent of the nation's GDP – are beginning to realize the awesome possibilities for increased profit and political might that would come with colluding instead of competing. Moreover, it's increasingly clear that both the criminal justice system and the civil courts may be impotent to stop them, even when they do get caught working together to game the system.

If true, that would leave us living in an era of undisguised, real-world conspiracy, in which the prices of currencies, commodities like gold and silver, even interest rates and the value of money itself, can be and may already have been dictated from above. And those who are doing it can get away with it. Forget the Illuminati – this is the real thing, and it's no secret. You can stare right at it, anytime you want.

Hollywoods Satanic Sex Cult

With the ET disclosure movie 'Sirius' out today, and now this article in UK mainstream news outlet 'The Daily Mail' regarding a Satanic Sex Cult in Hollywood, it is looking like a good week for the truth...

Forget Scientology, celebs are now falling for an even more sinister 'religion': Introducing the Satanic sex cult that's snaring stars such as Peaches Geldof

  • Founder Aleister Crowley dubbed 'the wickedest man in the world'
  • Crowley was born in 1875 and styled himself 'the Great Beast, 666'
  • Other stars linked to the cult include Jimmy Page and Jay-Z

Taken at face value it was an innocent enough remark, encouraging friends to explore 'a belief system to apply to day-to-day life to attain peacefulness'.

But when Peaches Geldof chose to share her 'religious' convictions with her 148,000 followers on Twitter, it lifted the lid on a much more sinister world than first impressions would suggest.

The socialite, 24, is a devotee of Ordo Templi Orientis, known as OTO, and even has the initials tattooed on her left forearm.

Sinister: Peaches Geldof has an 'OTO' tattoo (left) which is an acronym for the creepy Ordo Templi OrientisSinister: Peaches Geldof has an 'OTO' tattoo (left) which is an acronym for the creepy Ordo Templi Orientis

Given her tendency to flit between fads and fashions (at one point she was a Scientologist, more recently she has wandered into Judaism), this could be dismissed as another harmless flirtation.

But a closer look at OTO — and Aleister Crowley, its founding 'prophet' — gives the lie to that assumption.
Crowley, who was born into an upper-class British family in 1875, styled himself as 'the Great Beast 666'.

He was an unabashed occultist who, prior to his death in 1947, revelled in his infamy as 'the wickedest man in the world'.

His form of worship involved sadomasochistic sex rituals with men and women, spells which he claimed could raise malevolent gods and the use of hard drugs, including opium, cocaine, heroin and mescaline.

Crowley’s motto — perpetuated by OTO — was 'do what thou wilt'. And it is this individualistic approach that has led to a lasting fascination among artists and celebrities, of whom Peaches is the latest in a long line.

Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page, for example, routinely took part in occult magical rituals and was so intrigued by Crowley he bought his former home, Boleskine House, on the shores of Loch Ness in Scotland.

And there are now OTO lodges scattered around the country, practising the same ceremonial rituals and spreading the word of Crowley.

While membership is secret, Peaches is said to have been initiated into it, raising the prospect that many of her impressionable fans could try to do the same.

Converts: Rapper Jay-Z (left) and Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page are believed to be involved with OTO Converts: Rapper Jay-Z (left) and Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page are believed to be involved with OTO

Indeed, when one of her Twitter followers asked how she could find out more about Thelema, another word for Crowley’s teachings, Peaches directed her to read his books, which she described as 'super interesting'.

Other celebrities linked to OTO include the rapper Jay-Z, who has repeatedly purloined imagery and quotations from Crowley’s work.

Whether wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with 'Do what thou wilt' or hiring Rihanna to hold aloft a flaming torch in his music videos (a reference to the Illuminati, an outlawed secret society whose name supposedly derives from Lucifer, or 'light bringer'), he has given the sect priceless publicity.

His clothing line, Rocawear, is shot through with OTO imagery such as the 'all seeing eye' in a triangle, the 'eye of Horus' (an ancient Egyptian symbol frequently referenced in occult texts) and the head of Baphomet (the horned, androgynous idol of Western occultism).

Some conspiracy theorists have seized on this as evidence that he is a member of a secret Masonic movement which they believe permeates the highest levels of business and government.

Others take a more pragmatic view: that it is commercial opportunism, cashing in on impressionable teens’ attraction to the 'edginess' of occult symbolism.

Yet OTO is much more than a marketing opportunity for attention-seeking celebs. It is a living religion, with adherents still practising occult rituals set out by Crowley in his books.

This week I tracked down John Bonner, 62, the head of OTO in the UK, to his home in East Sussex. He told me: 'We are not a mass-appeal sort of organisation  — in the UK we number in our hundreds. Worldwide it’s thousands.

Malevolent: OTO was set up by Aleister Crowley, who revelled in the title of 'the wickedest man in the world'

Techniques to Raise Your Vibration (Part 3) - Meditation

This is part 3 of ‘Techniques To Raise Your Vibration’, where I am presenting tips and tricks from the book ‘Ask and It Is Given’ by Esther and Jerry Hicks, where Esther channels a being known as Abraham. In the book Abraham gives us 22 techniques designed to raise your vibration. In this series I will only be presenting a handful of these techniques, so if you do find them useful, please go and buy a copy of the book and support the hard work of the Hicks’ and their publishers Hay House.

In this part we will be looking at the process of Meditation, why it is so important and what it actually does to raise your vibration. There is lots of information on the internet regarding meditation, and so I wasn’t going to post this technique, however, the way it is presented in the book is different to any other information I have come across, and I feel Meditation is so important that I have decided to go ahead and post it.

If you have missed the first 2 parts, you can find them here:

PART 1 - Emotional Guidance Scale

I do recommend familiarizing yourself with part 1 first which talks about your ‘Emotional Guidance Scale’ before trying out any of the techniques. Using this scale you can then determine which techniques will work best for you based on your current ‘mood’ or ‘set point’.

PLEASE NOTE: I take no credit for these techniques, they are the work of Esther and Jerry Hicks and are duly credited so.

The following is taken directly from the book:

Process #6 The Process of Meditation

When to Use This Process:

• When you want relief from resistance.

• When you want an easier way of immediately raising your vibration.

• When you want to raise your general level of vibration.

• When you want to feel an awareness of your Inner Being.

Current Emotional Set-Point Range

This process of Meditation will be of the most value to you when your Emotional Set-Point is ranging somewhere between: (1) Joy/Knowledge/Empowerment/Freedom/Love/Appreciation and (22) Fear/Grief/Depression/Despair/Powerlessness.

Any thought that you continue to think is called a belief. And many of your beliefs serve you extremely well: thoughts that harmonize with the knowledge of your Source, and thoughts that match the desires that you hold... but some of your beliefs do not serve you well: Thoughts about your own inadequacy or your unworthiness are examples of those kinds of thoughts. Now, with an understanding of the Laws of the Universe and some willingness to deliberately choose thoughts, you can, in time, replace all hindering beliefs with life-giving beliefs, but here is a process that can give you the immediate benefit of changing your beliefs in a much shorter time. We call this the process of Meditation.

We playfully tell our physical friends that the reason we teach the process of Meditation is because it is easier for most of you to clear your minds, having no thought, than it is for you to think pure, positive thoughts. For when you quiet your mind, you offer no thought; and when you do so, you offer no resistance; and when you have activated no resistant thought, the vibration of your Being is high and fast and pure.

Imagine a cork bobbing on a body of water. (That represents the place of high, pure, fast vibration that is actually natural to you.) Now, imagine holding the cork down under the water. (That is what resistance is like.) And now, imagine letting go of the cork—and see it rise back up to the surface of the water.

Like the cork, naturally floating on the water’s surface, it is natural for you to experience the high, fast, pure vibration, free of the hindering resistance. And, like the cork, if you are not doing something that holds you down under the water, you will bob right back up to the surface where you belong. In other words, you do not have to work at being in the high vibration that is natural to you, because it is natural to you. But you do have to stop holding the thoughts that cause you to lower your vibration. It is a matter of no longer giving your attention to things that do not allow your cork to float or do not allow you to vibrate in harmony with who you really are. If you are not focused upon unwanted things that are the opposite of your own pure desire, you will activate no vibration of resistance—and you will experience your natural state of thriving and Well-Being.

A decision is the focusing of the vibration of desire, and the decision point happens when the desire is powerful enough. The only discipline that we would like you to exercise is to make a decision that nothing is more important than that you feel good, and that you are going to find thoughts that feel better. Your cork floating is the only thing that is worthy of discipline.

You could say that the process of Meditation is a shortcut to changing your beliefs, for in the absence of thought, there is no resistance within you; and your cork, so to speak, bobs naturally back up to the surface.

Now, to begin the process of Meditation, sit in a quiet space where you are not likely to be interrupted. Wear comfortable clothing. It does not matter if you sit in a chair or on the floor, or even lie on your bed (unless you tend to fall asleep when doing so). The important thing is that your body be comfortable.

Now, close your eyes, relax, and breathe. Slowly draw air into your lungs, and then enjoy the comfortable release of that air (your personal comfort here is very important).

As your mind wanders, gently release any thought, or at least do not encourage it by pondering it further—and refocus upon your breathing.

You are, by nature, one who wants to focus, so in the beginning, this process of Meditation will feel unnatural, and you will find your mind wanting to return to things you have been focusing on previously. When that happens, relax, breathe again, and try to release the thought.

You will find it easier to quiet your mind if you will choose small thoughts that do not have the potential for expanding into something interesting: You could focus upon your own breathing. You could mentally count your breaths, in and out. You could listen to the dripping of a faucet... In choosing the soft, gentle thought, you will leave behind all thoughts of resistance—and your vibration (like the cork) will naturally rise.

This is not a process where you work on your desires, but instead, this is one of quieting your mind. As you do so, any resistance will subside, and your state of vibration will rise to its natural, pure state.

As you quiet your mind, you may feel a sense of physical detachment. For example, you may feel no real difference between your toe and your nose. Sometimes you will feel the sensation of twitches and itches beneath your skin. And often, once you have released resistance and are soaring in your natural pure, high vibrations—you will feel an involuntary movement in your body. It may sway slightly from side to side or forward and backward, or your head may roll gently from side to side. Or, you may simply feel the sensation of movement or of a yawn. But any or all of these sensations or movements are indicators of your achievement of a state of Meditation. Your point of attraction will now have changed, and your state of allowing will be in place. Things that you have been asking for— all of which have been given—are now flowing gently into your experience. And as you come out of your state of meditation, this state of allowing will continue until you focus upon something that changes your vibrational frequency. But with enough practice, those higher frequencies will become so familiar to you that you will be able to reclaim them whenever you choose.

Over time, if you meditate regularly, you will become quite sensitive to the way the higher frequencies feel within your body. In other words, whenever you focus on anything that causes a dip in your vibration, you will now be more likely to recognize it at the early, subtle stages before the dip is too significant — and you will be able to easily change your resistant thought in order to maintain your balance.

Many teachers, and we are among them, teach Meditation as a very good process for raising vibration. An effective Meditation would be one that distracts you from any physical awareness that causes resistance within your vibration, for when you turn your attention away from what holds your vibration in a lower place, your vibration will naturally rise. It is like a withdrawal of Consciousness, but while you are still awake. When you are asleep, you withdraw Consciousness, too, but when you slumber you are not consciously aware of what it feels like to be in that higher vibration. When you are awake and in a state of meditation, you can then consciously recognize what it feels like to be in that higher vibration. And in time, you will gain a new sensitivity to your vibration so that you will immediately know whenever you are focusing on something that is causing resistance.

Sometimes people say, “Abraham, is it normal for all hell to break loose in someone’s life when they begin the Meditation Process?” And we say yes, because you are bringing yourself to a place of heightened sensitivity so that your formerly achieved patterns of lower vibration are now less comfortable to you.

Some Other Ways to Raise Your Vibration

Now, there are other ways of raising your vibrations than Meditation, such as listening to music that makes your heart sing, jogging in a beautiful place, petting your cat, walking your dog, and so on. These are just some of the many pleasant activities that cause a release of resistance and a rise in vibration.

Often you are in your highest state of connection to Source Energy while you are driving your vehicle. That is the reason why there are relatively so few traffic accidents. The rhythm of the road, the distraction from what has been bothering you, and the idea of going someplace new often causes you to leave behind thoughts of things that have been bothering you.

Your goal is to release any thought that causes resistance so that you are then in a place of pure, positive thought. It is not a problem if you cannot completely quiet your mind—unless your mind is chattering about negative things. If you are softly thinking about pleasant things during Meditation, it can be of value. For example, after spending time with a family they adore, Jerry and Esther enjoyed many pleasant hours of thought and conversation about that wonderful day. Anytime they wanted a goodfeeling moment, they had only to remember something about that day—something one of them said, something one of the children did, the beautiful weather, the delicious food, the invigorating walk through the woods...

In other words, it is quite easy to find something that is pure, positive Energy. Thinking about your pets can be a good source of positive thought because animals are so unconditional in their love. Just find any thought that feels good when you think it, and practice it until you begin to set that tone within you. And then, other good-feeling thoughts will follow.

Another Example of the Meditation Process

So, here is the process that, if we were in your physical shoes, we would utilize: Every day, for 10 or 15 minutes, and not for much more time than that, we would sit quietly by ourselves in some pleasant place where we would not be interrupted—maybe under a tree, maybe in our vehicle, maybe in the bathroom or garden... We would do our best to shut down our physical senses. In other words, we would draw the curtains if the light was too bright; we would close our eyes; we would choose a quiet place. We would be aware of breathing air into our lungs, and we would be conscious of breathing out. We would concentrate on long breaths in and long breaths out. We would breathe air in, and when we thought it was all our lungs would comfortably hold, we would softly bring still more air in. And then, at a place of full expansion of our lungs, we would take a long, slow, delicious moment to let the air out. Our intention would be nothing more than being in this moment and being consciously aware of our breathing, nothing to do other than breathe—not fixing breakfast, not combing hair, not wondering how someone is doing, not thinking about yesterday, not worrying about tomorrow, not focusing on anything in this moment except air in and air out.

This is a state of allowing where, for just a few moments, you stop running the show. You stop trying to make anything happen. This is the time when you are saying to your Source Energy, to your Inner Being, to your GOD (or whatever you want to call it): Here I am, in a state of allowing. I’m allowing Source Energy to flow purely through me.

Fifteen minutes of effort will change your life because it will allow the Energy that is natural to you to flow. You will feel better in the moment, and you will feel more energized when you come out of it.

Can 15 Minutes Make That Much Difference?

A big benefit that you will notice right away is that things you have been wanting will begin showing up. Now, why is this? “After all,” you might say, “Abraham, I didn’t sit and intend. I didn’t sit and set goals. I didn’t sit and clarify what I want. I didn’t tell the Universe what I wanted. Why does 15 minutes of just being, set those kinds of things in motion?” Because you have already been asking, and now, during your time of Meditation, you have stopped the resistance that has been holding it away. Because of your practiced Meditation, you are now allowing your desires to flow into your experience.

You cannot be part of this physical environment without endless desires being born within you. And as these desires are being born within you, the Universe is answering them. And now, because of 15 minutes of allowing, whether you were petting the cat, practicing your breathing, listening to a waterfall or soothing music, or were on a Rampage of Appreciation, for that time of allowing yon established a vibration that no longer caused resistance to the things that you have been asking for.

“Well, Abraham, if I’ve been really negative for 50 years, is it going to take me 50 years to turn it around?” No, 15 minutes ought to do it.

“In 15 minutes I can undo all of the disallowing that I’ve learned to do?” In 15 minutes you can allow—you do not have to undo anything.

“Well, what if I’ve really developed major habits of negativity? Is 15 minutes going to change that?” Probably not. But the next time you go to one of those negative thoughts, you are going to be more aware of it. Your guidance system is going to be stimulated so that you will be aware—probably for the first time in your life—of what you are doing with your Non-Physical Energy.

That is so important, because everything that happens to you and everything that happens to everyone you know, occurs because of the Energy that you are summoning and allowing or not allowing. Everything is about that relationship with Energy. Everyone you know, who is having every experience that you know, is having it because of the focused desire that their life has brought to them and the state of allowing or resistance that they’re in at any moment.

What Could I Accomplish in 30 Days?

Do you know that you could have every deadly disease known to man (and some they have not even figured out yet) in your body right now, and tomorrow they could all be gone if from one day to the next you learned how to allow the Energy to flow? We are really not encouraging those kinds of quantum leaps; they’re a little uncomfortable. What we are really encouraging is that every day, you be selfish enough to say, “Nothing is more important than that I feel good. And I’m going to find ways to do so today. I’m going to begin my day by meditating and bringing myself into alignment with my Source Energy. And as I move through the day, I’m going to look for opportunities to appreciate, so that all day long I’ll bring myself back into Source Energy. If there’s an opportunity to praise, I’m going to praise. If there’s an opportunity to criticize, I’m going to keep my mouth shut and try to meditate. If I feel like criticizing, I’ll say, ‘Here kitty, kitty,’ and I’ll pet my cat till that feeling goes away.”

Within 30 days of mild effort, you can go from being one of the most resistant people on the planet to one of the least resistant people on the planet. And then those who are watching you will be amazed by the number of manifestations that begin to occur in your physical experience.

We sort of see you from an aerial view, and it is like you are standing on one side of a closed door, and on the other side are all the things you have been wanting, just leaning up against the door, waiting for you to open it. They have been there from the first moment you asked for them: your lovers, your perfect bodies, your ideal jobs, all the money that you could ever imagine, all the things that you have ever wanted! Things little and things big, things that you would call extraordinary and significant and things that you would call not very significant—everything that you have ever identified that you have ever wanted will be lined up right outside your door. And in the moment that you open the door, all things wanted will flow to you. And then we will hold a seminar on “How to Deal with Manifestations of All This Stuff That Is Flowing In.”

This is the end of part 3. I hope you find these techniques useful. If you do then please go and track down a copy of the book, as I am sure it will change your life just as it did mine.

Thanks for reading.

Techniques to Raise Your Vibration (Part 2) - The Rampage of Appreciation.

This is the second part of the ‘Techniques to Raise Your Vibration’ series, where I will be presenting excerpts from the book ‘Ask and It Is Given’, by Esther and Gerry Hicks, where Esther channels a being known as ‘Abraham’. As usual, I take no credit for the techniques presented here, and if you find them useful please track down a copy of the book and support the hard work they and the publishers Hay House do.

In this part we will be focusing on a technique known as ‘The Rampage Of Appreciation’. You should first be aware of your ‘Emotional Guidance Scale’ presented in part 1. If you missed it you can find it here:

http://awakenasone.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/techniques-to-raise-your-vibration-part.html

For quick reference I will post the guidance scale here, although if you are not aware of what this is I highly recommend reading part 1 first and just familiarising yourself with this concept.

Emotional Guidance Scale:

·         2. Passion
·         3. Enthusiasm/Eagerness/Happiness
·         4. Positive Expectation/Belief

The following is a direct extract from the book. As I say I take no credit for this technique, it is the work of Esther and Jerry Hicks and is duly credited so.

Process #1 The Rampage of Appreciation

When to Use This Process:

• When you want to parlay a good mood into an even better one.

• When you want to enhance your relationship with someone or something.

• When you want to deliberately maintain your current good-feeling set-point.

• When you want to maintain or even improve your current good feeling.

• When you want to deliberately focus upon something that is beneficial to your set-point.

• When you are driving, walking, or standing in line, and you want to do something that is creatively

productive.

• When there is something in your line of sight that could potentially take you to a place of negative

emotion, and you want to maintain control of your own vibration.

• When your own thoughts, or the words of someone you are with, start off in a potentially negative

Current Emotional Set-Point Range

This Rampage of Appreciation Process will be of the most value to you when your Emotional Set-Point is ranging somewhere between: (1)Joy/Knowledge/Empowerment/Freedom/Love/Appreciation and (5) Optimism.

(If you are not sure what your current Emotional Set-Point is, click on the link above or refer to the scale at the top of this page.)

So, let us say that you are feeling Positive Expectation. Since Positive Expectation is ranked at (4), and (4) falls between the (1) and (5) suggested current Emotional Set-Point Range for the Rampage of Appreciation, this process would be one of the most valuable ones for you to use right now.

This Rampage of Appreciation game can be played anywhere and at any time because it is a game that is easily played simply by directing pleasant thoughts in your mind. If you were to write your thoughts on paper, it would enhance this process, but it is not necessary.

Begin by looking around your immediate environment and gently noticing something that pleases you. Try to hold your attention on this pleasing object as you consider how wonderful, beautiful, or useful it is. And as you focus upon it longer, your positive feelings about it will increase.

Now, notice your improved feeling, and be appreciative of the way you feel. Then, once your good feeling is noticeably stronger than when you began, look around your environment and choose another pleasing object for your positive attention.

Make it your objective to choose objects of attention that easily evoke your appreciation, for this is not a process of finding something troubling and fixing it; this is a process of practicing the higher vibrations.

The longer you focus upon things that feel good to you, the easier it is for you to maintain those vibrational frequencies that feel good. And the more you maintain these good-feeling frequencies, the more the Law of Attraction will deliver to you other thoughts, experiences, people, and things that match your practiced vibration.

Since it is your primary intention, as you move through your day, to find things to appreciate, you are practicing a vibration of less resistance, and you are making your connection to your own Source Energy stronger.

Because the vibration of appreciation is the most powerful connection between the physical you and the Non-Physical You, this process will also put you in a position to receive even clearer guidance from your Inner Being.

The more you practice appreciation, the less resistance you will have in your own vibrational frequencies.

And the less resistance you have, the better your life will be. Also, by practicing this Rampage of Appreciation, you will become accustomed to the feeling of higher vibrations, so that if you ever revert to an old pattern of conversation that causes resistance in your vibration, you will notice it, early on, before the vibration gets too strong.

The more you find something to appreciate, the better it feels; the better it feels, the more you want to do it; the more you do it, the better it feels; the better it feels... the more you want to do it. The Law of Attraction assists with the powerful momentum of these positive thoughts and feelings until, with very little time and effort, you will find your heart singing in your joyous alignment with who you really are.

And in this wonderful-feeling vibration where no resistance exists, you will be in an exaggerated state of allowing; you will be in the vibrational state where the things that you desire can flow easily into your experience. The better it gets, the better it gets!

If your vibration is in a close enough proximity to these higher vibrations when you begin the game, and you find yourself easily and quickly soaring into the better-feeling places—then continue your Rampage of Appreciation for as long as you have the time, and for as long as it feels good.

If you attempt this game and you do not feel good, if you do not feel the momentum picking up as you focus upon one happy thought after another—that is, if the process annoys you in any way—then discontinue it.

Even if you understand nothing about the Law of Attraction, even if you understand nothing about your connection to your own Source Energy, practicing this process would cause you to practice the Art of Allowing without even knowing it—and all things that you have identified as objects of your desire would have to begin flowing into your experience. When you are in the mode of appreciation, there is no resistance within your vibration. And your own achievement of resistance is the only thing that ever holds you apart from anything that you desire.

In the Rampage of Appreciation, you actually set your vibrational frequency to one of allowing what you have asked for into your experience. You have been asking, in every day of your experience, and Source has answered, without exception. And now, in your mode of Appreciation, you are in the practice of receiving. You are now engaging in the last step in the process of Creation (you are letting it in).

At first, it would be a good idea to deliberately set aside 10 or 15 minutes a day to specifically do this process. After a few days of enjoying the benefit of deliberately achieving and maintaining a raised vibration, you will find yourself doing it many times during every day, a few seconds here and a few seconds there, in a variety of situations, just because it feels so pleasing.

For example, while standing in line at the post office, you may think:

This is a very nice building.

It’s great that they keep it so clean.

I like how friendly that postal worker is.

I appreciate the way that that mother is interacting with her child.

That’s a good-looking jacket.

My day is really going well.

While driving to work, you may think:

I love my car.

This new freeway is wonderful.

Even though it’s raining, I’m making very good time.

I love how reliable my vehicle is.

I’m grateful for my job.

You could focus more specifically on any of your objects of appreciation and find even more reasons to feel appreciation. For example:

This is a very nice building . . .

There’s so much more parking here than at the old post office. There are more counters here, and theline moves much faster than before. The big windows make this room feel much airier.

This new freeway is wonderful . . .

There are no traffic lights to slow me down. I can travel so much faster than before. This drive offers such a beautiful view.

Once you become oriented toward looking for things to appreciate, you will find that your day will be filled with such things. Your thoughts and feelings of appreciation will flow from you naturally. And often, while in the midst of a genuine feeling of appreciation for someone or something, you will feel ripples of goose bumps— those sensations are confirming your alignment with your Source.

Every time you appreciate something, every time you praise something, every time you feel good about something, you are telling the Universe: “More of this, please.” You need never make another verbal statement of this intent, and if you are mostly in a state of appreciation, all good things will flow to you.

You Cannot Control How Others Feel

As you move through your day, you may see unhappy people who are ornery, disappointed, or in pain; and as they direct their negative emotion toward you, you may find it very difficult to feel appreciation toward them. And then you may blame yourself for not being strong enough to appreciate them in spite of their negative offerings toward you. Well, we would never suggest that you should be able to look right at something you do not want and feel good about it. Instead, look for things that cause you to feel good when you find them, and then the Law of Attraction will bring you more things like those.

Whenever you are looking for things to appreciate, you have control of your own vibrational offering and your own point of attraction, but when you are responding to the way others seem to feel about you, you have no control. However, when you are more interested in how you feel than how they feel about you, you do have control of your experience. You do not know who ran over their dog today or who divorced them or who took money out of their bank account. You do not how they are living, so you cannot understand why they react to you in the way they do—and you cannot control it.

Once you have made a decision that nothing is more important than that you feel good, and you have decided that you are going to consciously look for some things to appreciate today, the object of your attention has now become the feeling of appreciation. You have now established a circuit between you and that object of appreciation that the Law of Attraction will begin working on immediately, so you will start seeing more things to appreciate right away.

You Cannot Feel Defensive While Feeling Appreciative

If you do not understand that the only thing that affects your experience is how you are flowing Energy; if you think it is about chance, luck, coincidence, statistics, or the law of averages, then when you see on the news that there is a killer on the loose, shooting wildly from his car into your neighborhood, you feel vulnerable because you think that your happiness or your Well-Being is dependent upon his behavior. But if your Well-Being is dependent upon his behavior and you cannot control him, you do not even know

where he is, you cannot get enough police officers to take care of him... then your vulnerability soars.

We want you to feel the value of connecting with Non-Physical Energy, and appreciation is the easiest and fastest way. When your desire to connect with the Non-Physical Energy is sufficient enough, you will find dozens of ways, in every hour, to flow your appreciation.

You have to come to remember that it makes no difference whatsoever how anybody is flowing back at you, otherwise you are going to be defensive—and you cannot be defensive and appreciative at the same time. When you concentrate on appreciating, then appreciation comes right back. But you are really not looking for appreciation to come to you; you want the feeling of it flowing through you.

As you move through your day and you become aware of something that you do not want, your desire about what you do want comes into clearer focus. And now, since you have been practicing the Rampage of Appreciation, you can easily refocus your awareness of what you do not want into your awareness of what you do want. Now you are the hands-on creator that you have come forth to be.

Life is not about tomorrow, it is about right now. Life is about how you are currently molding the Energy!

This is the end of part 2. I hope some people have found this helpful.
